A & S Test Kitchen: Amanda’s Pine Green Smoothie

I think this smoothie is going to be one of my all time favorites. I love making fruit and spinach together. So easy and healthy.


1 cup 2% organic milk

I Activia vanilla yogurt

IMG_17121 cup frozen spinach

1 medium banana

1 cup frozen pineapple chunks

I tablespoon flaxseeds

2 teaspoons honey

½ cup ice chips


Calories per serving 312

Serves 2

Add milk, yogurt and ice chips. Then add in frozen spinach and pineapple with the banana, flaxseeds, and honey.

Use more milk to personal taste for texture.
